I’m a strategist, advisor, investor, speaker and podcaster in impactful business. I collaborate with founders and CEOs to catalyse their growth and impact through brand strategy and advisory/coaching. I set up Conscious Accelerator in 2019 to integrate my extensive business and brand strategy experience with positive impact and internal alchemy.
I’m founding parter of regenerative investment firm Barefoot Ventures to redesign capital systems, host of the hit podcast Going Conscious, a Spotify top 15% most-shared business podcast, and a certified transformation coach.
I have been recognised as one of Thrive Global's “Top 12 Female Entrepreneurs To Watch” and as a LinkedIn “Top Brand Strategy Voice” and have worked with clients around the world from London to New York, Berlin to Brussels.
I previously consulted many global brands over 15+ years, across fashion, lifestyle, sustainability and technology, from Mulberry to Mercedes Benz to Mango, as well as innovating startups.
A Londoner originally, I now live in Amsterdam via stints in New York, Berlin, Byron Bay and a few years as a global nomad.
