Hi, I’m Nikki.
I’m a strategist, advisor, speaker, podcaster and writer for founders and CEOs. I set up Conscious Accelerator in 2019 to integrate my extensive business and brand strategy experience with positive impact and internal alchemy. It’s where I share my innate understanding that we have to transform ourselves as leaders in order to create abundant, impactful businesses for now and the future.
I previously consulted many global brands over 15+ years, across fashion, lifestyle, sustainability and technology, from Mulberry to Mercedes Benz to Mango.
I’m also Host of the hit podcast Going Conscious, Founding Partner of impact investment firm Barefoot Ventures, a certified Transformation Coach and was recognised as one of Thrive Global's Top 12 Female Entrepreneurs To Watch in 2021.
A Londoner originally, I am now living in Amsterdam via stints in New York, Berlin, Byron Bay and a few years as a global nomad. I work with clients around the world.
